Disclaimer:

*Enrollment fee: $150 per adult, $50 per child (First Responders receive $100 off). Higher medical complexity, specialty services, including new hormone optimization, functional medicine, medical weight loss, or in depth integrative care requires Resolute Plus+ membership. If you need more than one appointment routinely more than once every 2-3 months for more complex needs, a higher tier is advised.

General Health & Metabolic Markers

Complete Metabolic Panel, Complete Blood Count, Uric Acid, Insulin

Cardiovascular & Inflammation Markers

Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Lipoprotein(a), ApoB, HS-CRP, Homocysteine

Hormone Markers

DHEA-S, Estradiol, Progesterone, SHBG, Free/Total Testosterone. Additional markers such as AM Cortisol, FSH, LH, and Prolactin may be included when clinically appropriate.

Nutrient & Iron Status

Ferritin, Vitamin D, B12/Folate

Thyroid Markers

TSH, Free T4, Free T3. Additional thyroid labs can be discussed based on symptoms and clinical needs.
