*Enrollment fee: $150 per adult, $50 per child (First Responders receive $100 off). Higher medical complexity, specialty services, including new hormone optimization, functional medicine, medical weight loss, or in depth integrative care requires Resolute Plus+ membership. If you need more than one appointment routinely more than once every 2-3 months for more complex needs, a higher tier is advised.

Lab Panels That Resolute+ Offers:

General Health & Metabolic Markers

Complete Metabolic Panel, Complete Blood Count, Uric Acid, Insulin

Cardiovascular & Inflammation Markers

Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Lipoprotein(a), ApoB, HS-CRP, Homocysteine

Hormone Markers

DHEA-S, Estradiol, Progesterone, SHBG, Free/Total Testosterone. Additional markers such as AM Cortisol, FSH, LH, and Prolactin may be included when clinically appropriate.

Nutrient & Iron Status

Ferritin, Vitamin D, B12/Folate

Thyroid Markers

TSH, Free T4, Free T3. Additional thyroid labs can be discussed based on symptoms and clinical needs.

As someone who works in healthcare, I heard her name from her patients at other offices I worked at, with nothing but positive things to say. She genuinely cares about you and taking time to get down to the bottom of your health concerns. She also actively involves you in your care which is just so rare and invaluable. Laurie is also a great asset to the team and is very personable and puts you at ease. Please don't let the non traditional direct primary care model detour you from receiving the best primary care in the Valley. Worth the drive from Medford to see her.
