It’s so nice to know that I can text the office and get a response so quickly. Heather acted quickly and helped me get the meds I needed in a different city since I was away for work for a few days. Absolutely the best care I’ve ever received in Oregon. Same day appointments when needed. Phone, text, email availability at all times. Heather really takes her time with me, I never feel rushed. I am so lucky to have found a healthcare provider like Heather. As someone who works in healthcare, I heard her name from her patients at other offices I worked at, with nothing but positive things to say. She genuinely cares about you and taking time to get down to the bottom of your health concerns. She also actively involves you in your care which is just so rare and invaluable. Laurie is also a great asset to the team and is very personable and puts you at ease. Please don't let the non traditional direct primary care model detour you from receiving the best primary care in the Valley. Worth the drive from Medford to see her. Thanks again Heather for all you've done for me and being a resource I can rely on as part of my healthcare team.
